Deirdre Muldoon, Ph.D, CCC-SLP, BCBA-D
Deirdre is a speech-language pathologist and a board-certified behavior analyst – doctoral. She works as an Assistant Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the College of St Rose, Albany NY where she teaches in the area of communication sciences and disorders. Deirdre also serves as the SLP for the developmental behavioral team at Albany Medical Center, and as a board member of Anderson Center for Autism. At Albany Medical Center Deirdre assists in multi-disciplinary team evaluations of children and adolescents and provides assessment and intervention for behavioral feeding difficulties.
Deirdre’s research interests center on understanding, acceptance, and implementation of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology, special education, and applied behavior analysis with a particular focus on receptive language and pediatric feeding disorder. Deirdre has presented her research nationally and internationally and publishes in the area of ASD and communication, and pediatric feeding disorder.
