Kathleen Marshall

Ms. Marshall currently serves as Director of Program Services at Anderson Center for Autism (ACA), leading the Anderson Center Consulting and Training department.

She trains professionals, parents/caregivers and community members to help increase their understanding of autism and other neurodiversities as well as how to implement evidence-based interventions in school, home and community settings.  During her twenty-three-year tenure with ACA, she has served as Education Specialist, Principal, Director of Education, Director of Children’s Services, and Division Director of Program Services.  In addition, Ms. Marshall was a Special Educator for fifteen years, working exclusively with students with complex learning and behavioral challenges.

Ms. Marshall earned certification as a School Administrator and Supervisor from the College of St. Rose; holds a master’s degree in Special Education from SUNY New Paltz, and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Marymount College.

Ms. Marshall is a member of Dutchess County’s Think Differently and Think Jobs committees and has worked closely with the Village of Rhinebeck’s Autism Supportive Community Committee. She is also a community advisory board member of the Center for Autism Advocacy: Research, Education and Supports (CAARES) at SUNY Empire State College.

Ms. Marshall is an active fund-raising volunteer for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
