Preschool Services

Anderson Early Learning Academy Preschool Program is a NYS approved 4410 program that provides children ages 3-5 years of age opportunities to learn in an environment that is developmentally appropriate and teaches the skills needed to be successful in kindergarten.

Anderson Early Learning Academy Preschool Program focuses on teaching social skills, social-emotional regulation, language, school self-sufficiency; and academic readiness skills using evidence-based teaching practices of applied behavior analysis.  The curriculum follows NYS Learning Standards in addition to evidenced based language; reading and math readiness; and social skill development curricula. 

Anderson Early Learning Academy Preschool Program classrooms are approved 8:1:3 self-contained and 12:1: 3 integrated models. Each classroom is ran by a NYS certified Special Education Teacher who is supported by teacher assistants/aides. Related services include speech and language, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides weekly teacher training, assessment and data collection support and analysis, and class wide behavioral supports.
