Kathleen currently serves as the Division Director of Program Services providing oversight to the Children's and Adult programs. During her seven teen year tenure, she co-developed the ACA Program Model and the ACA Curriculum. Before accepting her current position, Kathleen served as an Education Specialist, Principal, Director of Education and most recently, Director of Children's Services. Kathleen is a Certified School Administrator from the College of St. Rose and holds a Masters degree in Special Education from SUNY New Paltz. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor's degree in both elementary and special education from Marymount College.
Tracy Gardner - Assistant Director of Children's Services

Tracy is the Assistant Director of Children's Services. She has been with Anderson for
17 years and has held the positions of Service Delivery Specialist, Residence Manager
and Residential Coordinator. Her career in the Human Service's field began almost 30
years ago, working with adolescents who were residentially placed via the court
system. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree from Marist College in Design,
Merchandising and Fine Arts. She has pursued her interest in Autism and Applied
Behavior Analysis through additional coursework and study.
Ryan Osborne - Coordinator of Children's Services

Ryan is a Coordinator of the Children's Residential Program who joined Anderson in 2012. Ryan has been in the field of Human Services for 14 years. Prior to coming to Anderson, Ryan was the Assistant Program Director and Program Coordinator at Northwestern Human Services in Newburgh, New York. Prior to that, Ryan was a Program Coordinator at The Center for Discovery. Ryan attended St. Thomas Aquinas College and majored in Criminal Justice and is currently working on finishing his Bachelor's degree at SUNY Empire State.
Tony Janus - Coordinator of Children's Services

Anthony is a Coordinator of the Children's Residential Program. He has been with Anderson for 30 years and has held many different positions in the Children's Program including Residential Supervisor, Team Leader, Service Delivery Specialist. Prior to coming to Anderson, he attended college at SUNY Ulster and later at SUNY New Paltz. He worked in the mental health field and the Geriatric field but found his calling working with children as a direct care worker at the Rhinebeck Country School.
Laura Greene - Coordinator of Children's Services

Laura is a Coordinator of the Children's Residential Program. She is the newest addition to our team but has worked in the field for over ten years. Her experience ranges from intermediate supervisory positions to direct care. She has an educational background in business management and an Associate's degree in Arts in Human Services. She is working on her Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration.
Andrew Dease - Assistant Principal

Andrew in one of our Assistant Principals who began working at Anderson in 2009 as a Teacher's Assistant. He was promoted to Classroom Teacher in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree from The College of Mount Saint Vincent in 2009 and a Master's degree in Special Education from Western Connecticut State University in 2011. He received his Education Administration Certification from SUNY New Paltz in 2015.
Jayson Pistritto - Assistant Principal

Jay is one of our Assistant Principals. He came to Anderson as a Teacher's Assistant in 2006. Since that time, he has held a variety of positions including Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) of our Intensive Care Facility (ICF), Manager of the ICF and Classroom Teacher. Jay earned his Master's degree in Special Education at Mercy College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University at Albany. In 2016, he earned an Administration degree in School Building and School District Leadership from SUNY New Paltz.
Ashok Ramesh - IEP Coordinator

Ashok is the IEP coordinator for Children's Services. Ashok began his career at Anderson in 2000 as the CSE Chair and later transitioned to being the IEP Coordinator for all school district placed students. He monitors the aging out process for students who have graduated. He also supervises the Case Management department in the Children's Program. In addition to both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Psychology from India, Ashok holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Lehigh University. He has been certified in the area of special education, and has earned his school administration certificate from SUNY New Paltz.
Inga McKay - Transition Coordinator

Inga joined Anderson in August of 2015 as the Transition Coordinator, overseeing the development of post-secondary readiness. The Transition Department includes the graduate program, vocational programs, a daily living skills classroom as well as the garden program, Organic Outcomes. Prior to joining Anderson, Inga worked for various educational non-profits as an educator and community outreach coordinator, most recently working with high functioning individuals in a transition-to-independence program at Ramapo for Children in Rhinebeck, NY. Inga holds a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College in Public Policy and Economics and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Julie Wolpert - Education Specialist

Julie is our Education Specialist who began working as a teacher at Anderson in 2013 with three years of teaching experience. She is responsible for the implementation of the education curriculum at Anderson, including student assessment, lesson plan development and implementation, teaching methodologies, data collection, and teacher training. She works closely with teachers regarding general classroom needs, classroom management, as well as IEP goal development and implementation. Julie has a Master of Arts in Education/Curriculum and Instruction and is dual certified in elementary and special education.
