Purpose: Optimize the QofL of our team members with a focus on emotional and mental well-being.
The Wellness Rocks Garden offers a space for team members to gather, increase the opportunity to host future wellness workshops to expand the garden itself, and is in alignment with the beautification initiative.
Why rocks?
Rocks represent dependability, durability, and strength. Rocks mold with time but are resilient enough to be able to weather any storm.
Rocks can be used to hold things in place, they are supportive. Our team members are our rocks, they keep our individuals and agency grounded.
Starting location: Staatsburg Campus
Future locations: LifeLong Learning Centers/IRAs etc.
