Mill House Brewing Company to Tap Mr. Anderson Ale at April Launch Party; Proceeds will Benefit Anderson Foundation for Autism

February 02, 2026

Staatsburg, New York and Poughkeepsie, New York….Mill House Brewing Company and Anderson Foundation for Autism today announced details of the 12th Annual Mr. Anderson Ale Launch Event, scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 5-7pm. The party, which is open to the public but requires advance ticket purchase, will include door prizes, raffles, and appetizers, along with a chance to experience Mill House’s custom craft brew, named for Anderson founder Dr. Victor V. Anderson.

Proceeds will help support Anderson Center for Autism’s educational, vocational, residential, and clinical programs for individuals with autism.

Said Patrick Paul, CEO/Executive Director of Anderson Center for Autism, “There are myriad reasons why we all love this tradition. In addition to helping us raise funds in honor of Autism Acceptance Month (April), the team at Mill House Brewing Company has really given us a chance to share our story. Many people who come for a drink end up leaving with a strong desire to get more involved in our cause; we’ve strengthened existing relationships and gained new supporters too, all as a direct result of this event. We are very grateful to Mill House for generously putting this all together each year on our behalf.”

Added Eliza Bozenski, Chief Development Officer at Anderson Foundation for Autism, “We so appreciate businesses that fully embrace opportunities to get creative with fundraising. When we first approached Mill House years ago with the idea to develop a signature beer, we never could have imagined that it would end up gaining so much momentum year after year, and raising such substantial funds to help further our mission. And they’ve made every aspect of this meaningful, even naming Vance Gage, the grandson of Anderson’s founder, their ‘honorary brewmaster.’ Mill House also selected a Scottish Ale as a nod to Dr. Anderson’s heritage, and Vance travels up from his home in Washington, DC to celebrate the first pours of each year’s batch. Everything about this has been so well thought-out, and we are all looking forward to the April 9th celebration!”

Following the launch event, Mill House will donate an additional $1 to Anderson for every pint of Mr. Anderson Ale that is sold at the venue throughout Autism Acceptance Month. The brewing company has also announced that select bars, restaurants, and retailers in the Hudson Valley region will carry kegs of Mr. Anderson Ale, available for purchase; funds from those sales will likewise benefit Anderson Center for Autism.

Advance registration is required for the Mr. Anderson Ale Launch Event on April 9th. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Tickets cost $40 per person; every guest will receive a pint glass.
