DASA Training Workshop at Anderson Center for Autism

 Anderson Center for Autism is an approved provider of the DASA training workshop, as authorized by the New York State Education Department. This workshop meets the training requirements outlined by the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA), as mandated by the NYS Board of Regents.

Designed for individuals pursuing New York State teacher certification, this training addresses the critical need to create safe, supportive, and inclusive school environments. DASA aims to protect students in New York’s public elementary and secondary schools from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and other forms of intimidation — whether on school grounds, on a school bus, or at school functions.
