Patrick D. Paul Innovation Award

2023 Patrick D. Paul Innovation Award presented to:

Kathryn Brink, West Rd. LLLC Site Supervisor, Adult Services

For innovative programming which optimizes the quality of life for individuals with autism

“To innovate is to make change in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, or products. Since 2018, Kathryn has been developing new program ideas in pre-vocational training, gardening, cooking and community integration. She also launched the Behavioral Skills Training model. She is ahead of the curve in every way.

Just recently, Kathryn launched her own BST challenge which motivated her staff to initiate their training needs. Her innovative training resources, guides, and training checklists have been shared with staff across all day habs. She continues to nurture and develop leaders within her own team.

Today we honor Kathryn Brink, our West Road Supervisor, who demonstrates innovation and creative thinking and approaches to problems or challenges which get in the way of optimizing the quality of life for the people in our care.”

Congratulations Kathryn and thank you for all you do for the adults we serve.
