Anderson Foundation for Autism (AFA) and Anderson Center for Autism (ACA) Name Officers for 2026 Boards of Trustees

Staatsburg, New York…Anderson Center for Autism’s executive leadership team announced today that the Boards of Trustees for Anderson Foundation for Autism (AFA) and Anderson Center for Autism (ACA) have appointed officers for 2026.

At its December 2025 Board of Trustees meeting, Anderson Foundation (AFA) trustees voted to approve the following slate:

Chair: Marybeth G. Cale, Co-President of Cale Communications and Estuary Coaching
1st Vice Chair: Susan E. Brune, Parent and Attorney at Brune Law, P.C.
2nd Vice Chair: Michelle Almeida, Attorney/VP, Assistant General Counsel, Contracts and Operations at Longboard Pharmaceuticals
Treasurer: Kevin DeHond, Director of Institutional and High Net Worth Investments at Hudson Valley Investment Advisors (HVIA)
Secretary: Brittany N. Cataldo, Sr. Relationship Banker at M&T Bank

Officers of the Board of Anderson Center for Autism (ACA) will include the following in 2026:

Chair: Philip Bronzi, Chief Lending Officer at Rhinebeck Bank
1st Vice Chair: Julie H. Krieger, Retired/Commercial Banking
2nd Vice Chair: Charles M. Cullen, EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Rondout Savings Bank
Treasurer: Kathryn Seckler, Partner at RBT CPAs, LLP
Secretary: Joseph J. Hally, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Central Hudson Gas & Electric

Said Patrick Paul, CEO/Executive Director of Anderson Center for Autism, “These two Boards of Trustees, along with our Anderson Center International Board, include a diverse group of talented, forward-thinking people who are steadfastly devoted to our mission. We are incredibly grateful to each and every one of these volunteers, and to all of our trustees, who work to help us address growing needs of the autistic and neurodivergent community – locally, regionally, throughout the country, and even around the world.”

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with so many trustees and officers who are smart, strategic, and deeply sensitive to the needs of individuals with autism and their families; I very much look forward to working with this group as we collectively bring our vision to life in the next chapter of Anderson’s story.”

Founded over 100 years ago in 1924, Anderson Center for Autism offers evidence-based educational, vocational, residential, and consulting/training programs, drawing students and residents from all over the United States to experience its school and residential offerings. In addition to Anderson Center International (ACI), the organization has other affiliates such as Anderson Center Consulting and Training (ACCT), The Anderson Center Clinic (ACC), and three Anderson Early Learning Academy (AELA) programs.

Anderson Foundation for Autism helps to support and sustain the aforementioned programs and services through fundraising, grants, and marketing. AFA also offers a grantmaking opportunity for eligible organizations in need of funds for programs that reflect a commitment to Anderson’s mission.
